TO SEE OURSELS AS ITHERS SEE US

17 May 2010

As a follow-up to my frog-Neanderthal posts letting us explore our identity and work out our true place in the cosmic scheme of things, I now urge you to read Terry Bisson’s well-known very short and to-the-point story They’re made out of meat.

It’s about you and me as sentient, thinking, dreaming meat. And not terribly important meat either.

I’m afraid they don’t distinguish between Cornish and English meat.
